2010 training for National Schools recommences on Monday 6th September. Training is open to all children from 1st to 6th Classes. More information on the coaching page, slips will be provided in individual schools.
Membership for any new members will be €10 to cover insurance and affiliation until January 2010 at which time new membership fees will be due. Details to follow.

Our Fit4Life group continues to meet every Thursday night at 8pm in the Church carpark. This is open to adults over 16 and covers walking, running & jogging for all abilities, and is a great way to get some exercise and make some new friends.
Fit4Life membership is €15 per year and covers insurance and affiliation to Athletics Ireland. All members will receive a high vis vest, water bottle and exercise journal.
