Outdoor training is held at the GAA pitch in Kenmare every Friday from 6:30-7:30. Coaching is divided between running, throwing and jumping events and children are asked to please wear appropriate clothing and footwear.

Training in Kilgarvan, Lauragh and Sneem continues as arranged with local coaches.

Long distance training for athletes born in or before 2001 continues at Faungorths Activity Centre every Friday from 3:45-4:45pm. These sessions with Tadgh O'Donoghue are very beneficial to anyone wishing to run middle/long distance and cross country.
